Dr. Saakshi Jatar grew up in Houston, Texas and completed her Bachelor of Science degree at The University of Texas in Austin. After completing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she obtained her doctoral degree. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City and spent two years at The Mount Sinai Hospital for her General Practice Residency. Dr. Jatar is a member of professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and New York County Dental Society.
Dr. Jatar has a diverse skill-set from her extended residency experience and provides a comprehensive treatment approach that is customized and practical for each patient. She enjoys building relationships with her patients and empathizes with her patient’s dental needs. Dr. Jatar’s friendly, calm, and compassionate nature provides patients with a comfortable and enjoyable dental experience. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, walking around the city with her dog, spending time with family and friends, and traveling the world.
